Blocked drain in the dip

Hello. Apparatently you've visited this site during rain and found no issues. Please see my attached picture of the issue as I wasn't lying the first time I submitted the report.

The drain is blocked, cars are avoiding this water at times which isn't ideal due to a lack of visibility for oncoming traffic.

The drain is blocked as you can see in the picture. Remove the grill, remove debris from the drain and if required, check the pipe work that leads to the culvert. Thanks!
