Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2879945.

Multiple huge potholes. They are causing a critical road safety issue. You have to avoid them, or your suspension will be destroyed. In doing so, you are forced into the path of oncoming traffic. This has to be sorted immediately.
