Vehicles turning outside 5 Chopdike drove on the garden belonging to the property. Just up the road, next to the sewage tank, there is an area of tarmac where vehicles could turn quoit being on any private gardens.

Reported via mobile in the Sign (unlit) category anonymously at 08:43, Monday 23 February 2026

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2880281.

‘No tuning’ and ‘no through rd’ signs needed please.

Photos show the roof outside 5 Chopdike, the chewed up verge opposite the property and where vehicles constantly turn around on the private garden belonging to 5 Chopdike.

I would like to request that signs are put up at the top of the road to evidence this is a dead end rd with no opportunity for turning. Where I have have placed the pin marks the last available place for vehicles to turn around without being on private gardens. This area is the access point to the septic treatment area so remains accessible and has a hard base. Could a further sign be put up to advise ‘no turning’ beyond this point please.

I am following the up with local council too as waste vehicles have been turning round on 5 Chopdike private garden causing damage too as well as delivery drivers and those who assume the road is a ‘cut through’
