Not blocked but categories don't fit, the tarmac around the drain has disappeared with large and deep gaps, hazardous and potentially dangerous.

    Hi, the tarmac around the drain has been reinstated but the drain itself is now full of soil etc! Please see the photo. Regards, Gary
