Very large pot hole, and many smaller ones. Been there a over a year but now increasing in size/depth as weeks go by. Traffic having to go around them as very deep. Pedestrians and cyclists are now at risk of injury.

This was reported around eight weeks ago. Can you provide an explanation why this has not been fixed, especially as it is only getting worse? In the past this type of pot hole report would have been adressed and fixed more promptly. Is there a reason this now takes much longer? Many thanks.
