End of driveway of number 75 Robin Hoods Walk

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council 1 minute later. Council ref: 2881237.

Sink Hole which has been there for at least 3 weeks Approx. 2-3ft deep and 3ft wide underneath the tarmac of the pavement which is about 2inches thick.

This has already been reported to LCC and a cover and three cones has been put over the sink hole. Was informed that it was not your responsibility, but Anglian Water's and that it had been reported to Anglian water. Have just talked to Anglian water and it has not been reported to them. They have now raised a job and they will be going to investigate later today. This sinkhole means that my father, who is in his 80's cannot leave his property safely. It is also opposite a school, so the pavement is used by small children, teenager, pushchairs and parents as well as local residents.

  • Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.

    The pothole on the path is getting bigger and bigger, it is really emergency in there, not safe to walk on it and it has a primary school next to.
