Out side the 2 bungalows where the PERMANENT flood is

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2881374.

The permanently flooded road has now got a big pothole due to the water damage The road is narrow so is difficult to avoid if there is on coming traffic
