Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2881813.

Extremely dangerous levels of flood water. Footpath completely submerged and impassible. Vehicles causing 6ft high spray when travelling through too fast. This was reported over 2 weeks ago and nothing has happened.
