Dangerous pot hole

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2881906.

This pot hole has been growing by the weeks, it now spans the width of a car. It is more than 40mm deep, I have broken my tyre on this already!!! This is extremely dangerous and no space to swerve out of the way of it
