Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2882182.

The pavement here in front of the turn style hand gate to the park on South Street. Last 3 weeks the pavement has got terrible. It has lifted, cracked up, really bad. Also when rains, don't have to be lot of rain, massive puddle now, never used to be. The tarmac on pavement surface has cracked really bad, in chunks, terrible state. Wondered if there a water pipe issue under it? You need to go look at it. I walk over it daily, but my worry is, older people or anybody unsteady on there feet, not good. More so a blind man walks down there with his long stick, he won't know how bad that surface is, and could easily trip over. Pavement surface was rough before, but now it cracking up chunks. Needs to be looked at, surprised nobody reported it.

  • Well the issue originally was mess, but seems someone been patched bits with tar on top, not even smooth, still uneven. To be honest cheap bodge job.
