Would be full of debris and previous debris left after utility footpath works along length of street. Water is not draining and sitting up to grid, and floods gutter and onto pavement during heavy rain . This has been reported numerous times by residents of this street.

  • It has been reported by residents this blocked drain matter has not been resolved outside 9 Lincoln Street Gainsborough ,since reported 3 weeks ago . Could this job please be chased up by Lincolnshire Highways. Thank you
