Deep potholes, road collapse
Reported via Android in the Pothole on road/cycleway category anonymously at 06:53, Tuesday 3 March 2026
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2882398.
Heading east bound on the A17 there are nearly 10 large areas of collapse causing potholes, these are very deep and becoming more of a problem every week. As this as with most A roads in Lincolnshire are heavily used by heavy lorry's the road surface is becoming seriously damaged and affecting all road users. Avoiding action has to be taken to avoid These issues need rectifying and sufficient road materials laid for heavy use as the roads are simply not maintained or proper materials used to create a hard wearing surface for constant heavy goods vehicle use
