Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2883027.

Home owners on this road have put bollards on grass verges, forcing people to park on the road. This is now making it increasingly hard / dangerous to cross the road with small children as visibility is very poor. It was a lot safer when people were able to park on the grass as they wouldn’t obstruct the road as much meaning at the junction you could see down the road fully.
