A series of holes from edges of road eating out into the carriageway, on both sides of road, bearing in mind this lane is narrow and with these hazards it is single carriageway when two vehicles meet As already reported twice previously, ref. 2879379 & 2881317, I and several of our parishioners disagree strongly with your findings and request a second opinion. We notice today,that roadworks are signed to commence soon on the carriageway just round the junction of Rinks lane and the Carlton to Norton Disney road !! Please reconsider your decision, thankyou for reading my concerns.
