We’re sending you this message to let you know that the highways officer has visited and spoken to the site manager and they have agreed to move the fencing to make sure the hole is fully covered. A team from the developer will be attending to reinstate the area in the next week or two. But there is still a conversation being had between the developer and Anglian Water regarding bringing the cover itself up to a suitable standard. Our Development Management colleagues are aware and will see this through to a satisfactory conclusion. Thank you for reporting this matter.
