Full time wheel chair user unable to get out into the community due to lack of dropped curb and a supporting post of a canopy is in the way of the level access she needs further up the street. Is this something you can support the client with installing as the post is obstructing people with pushchairs and disabled access. Many thanks

  • Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.
