Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2885036.

Reported 18 months ago2820430. 3bollards missing 1 either side derectionsign. Bases still in place and 1 nearA17 sleaford sign bollard been laid near sign but twisted thease all missing over a year yet the west end of bypass bollards what was there all been replaced for new ones end of last year
