Footpath south of Stainton Lane

Hi, the footpath through the first field south of Stainton Lane is blocked at both ends by a yellow wire fence (see photographs). The footpath is signed and - for me at least - the fence is easy to climb over. However it seems to me that as this is a PROW it should not be obstructed at all without permission and I couldn't see anything on one.network suggesting a temporary closure. Anyway maybe you want to have a look into it (I am sure I've reported similar issues on this footpath before). Thanks.
