Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2886385.

On a mown/struimmed public right of way footpath. Tree appears to have come down in heavy winds from property boundary and is laying across the pathway blocking any access through.

    Went back over a week later to check and make sure if it had been cleared or not and it hadn't. Taken a picture this time. Understand it isn't urgent or a priority as it is an off track type path way with a small number of users but thought best to update.
