Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2886730.

This is coming something of a annual traditional reporting this overgrown hedge that is blocking the pavement! (Third time lucky) But nothing gets done about it by the council, so perhaps I'm wasting my time again! It does say enforcement can take time when you submit this, but three years come on.
