Raised public path from 33 main street to lime tree paddock
Reported via mobile in the Vegetation/Hedges/Trees category anonymously at 10:39, Sunday 5 April 2026
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2887421.
Very large over hanging branches with telephone wires running through and being put under strain due to the branches pushing on them. Due to the high winds recently and the overall size of the trees I'm concerned damage and injury may be caused from falling branches.

We are sorry, we are not taking any action on this enquiry. It is the utility company’s statutory duty to resolve interference with their apparatus and ensure their apparatus is maintained, rather than the Council’s responsibility to prune or manage trees that are already established. While the LCC can sympathise with the customer, the Council does not identify this tree as a safety concern and there is no risk to highway users, unfortunately we cannot take action. Thank you for reporting this matter.
