Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2887481.

A section of road around 500 meters long is covered in potholes and bad surface breakup! This is getting worse every day and several potholes are now more than 40mm deep! A section of road which now needs completely resurfacing!!
