Visible to the eye upon inspection

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2887688.

Water has been pouring out of this drain for a year now. Agencies have been out but nothing to date done to solve the issue. The water is running down the length of this road and into the beck. Hazards: ice, water and potential contamination going into the water course.
