Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2887731.

This is a very small pothole however when I was on a road closure due to and incident I noticed what looked to be two cables coming out of the tarmac. Area is no bigger than 30cmx30cm and it's probably 10cm deep it's just the cables that look to be of concern
