Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2887738.

Residents have complaint about the condition of footway outside or at the side of 21 St.Andrews -issue is path keeps being overlayed to cover roots however been done several times and people find it very .Also other issues with tree roots which i beleive city councillors will be investigation
