T junction off Kirkby underwood road and a15.

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council 5 minutes later. Council ref: 2887961.

The man hole covers have been lifted not put back causing them to be a risk to walkers and cyclists. The covers are on the right hand side as you turn off the road heading into the village off the a15.
