Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2888017.
No access road still closed permit for roadworks looks as though it ran out on 9/04/26 scaffolding is/was around shodfriars building and the road has been closed for nearly a year. Cannot see any reports as to why the road is still closed and no permits most of the scaffolding looks as though it has been taken away but road still being used as a builders yard and blocked off
