Tar and Stone gone onto Edging

Very little car was taken when pouring the tar and stone chippings onto the road and it has gone over the threshold.

This needs to be scraped/removed. It is in many locations, they were consistent in doing a terrible job.

    They have been today to continue the work. Even more tar has been added to the incorrect area and spilt onto the path/drain.

    I've tried speaking to so many people about this but no one seems to listen or do anything about the poor quality of work.
