• Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.

• We’re sending you this message to let you know that we’ve assessed the road condition and – whilst it has deteriorated it does not yet require further action. The patch (as seen in the photograph) has been installed incorrectly and extends the width of the carriageway and offers no structural integrity to withstand the weight of heavy vehicles over time. The remaining carriageway edge looks to be positioned correctly and we have no immediate plans to increase the width of the carriageway at this location. We do though have verge repairs scheduled. If the fault deteriorates significantly then please report this again to us and we will investigate further. Thank you for reporting this matter.
