Ive recently had a update to say its not a priority to fix the drains outside. Well here's a picture of our last flood.. It needs sorting as Acis housing association have confirmed its the road drains that are blocked in the road which is causing my garden floods..

An officer has reviewed the enquiry and whilst we appreciate this may be considered a nuisance, the blocked gully reported is not showing any defect from the annual cleansing programme. These currently not considered to be a high priority to the County Council. This is due to the flooding not being in any internal living space. As there is no problems identified with the drainage assets, we would assume it is the capacity being exceeded or capacity of the outfall preventing the drainage of surface water at times of excessive rainfall overwhelming the system or watercourse. Please note that this gully will still be cleansed annually or biennially in accordance with County Council policy. Thank you for reporting this matter.
