As can be seen on the photo the repair has not been done to the highways specification of repair of potholes as indicated online which is obvious when you look at the photograph as it has not been sealed and presumably the repair beneath has not been carried out to the correct standard. Why are you repairing potholes to a substandard effect? As soon as you get a frost that will blow out? No wonder there’s so many potholes in the county if you are doing substandard repairs it’s criminal fix it properly this time. I suggest your staff need further training to ensure other repairs are carried out correctly thank you.

Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.

Thank you for your enquiry. Due to an increased backlog of work following the winter period, our contractor attended the site within the agreed timescales and carried out an initial temporary repair to make the defect safe by infilling it only. They will return within the next few weeks to complete a permanent repair, which will involve saw-cutting the affected area. This work will be carried out at their own expense not at Lincolnshire County Council's. Thank you for reporting this matter.
