Before bridge. Both sides of road

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2888539.

Potholes since before Xmas. Reported in Jan and planned for repairs. Still not done. Hopefully fresh report will fix the system and assign this to a repair crew.

  • This area of potholes was scheduled for repairs 20th Jan. No evidence of repairs taking place. There are potholes in this area on both sides of the carriageway in all wheel paths. It’s becoming increasingly dangerous as drivers swerve onto the opposite side of the road in order to avoid potholes.

  • Thank you for your enquiry. The County Council is aware of the road surface condition at the location. A scheme is proposed to resurface the carriageway next year and planned work to patch the defects is being considered. However the defects currently present were recently measured and do not meet the County Councils safety intervention criteria and no immediate action is being taken. Thank you for reporting this matter.
