Saxilby Road Doddington Lincoln

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2888543.

The road approximately as you leave Doddington village all the way to the bridge (including the bridge) the road on both sides is in extremely bad condition with potholes along both sides of the road and the road also sinking on the sides. This is for approximately 0.8miles where the road is unsafe with all of these holes on both sides of the road as well as the actual road sinking away and has been present for at around 6 months and has been gradually worsening day by day. Trying to avoid these are impossible with large Lorry’s and farm vehicles using the road the surface is further being destroyed and dangerous to road users and the vehicles.

Also part of the road on the bridge where some previous repair has been done is very poor and uneven causing an almost road hump like bump in the road on the bridge when driving over it.

This road needs urgent fixing and resurfacing to avoid further road accidents and damage to vehicles.
