Ploughed the pathway, totally unwalkable

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2888546.

Someone this morning or late last night ploughed the pathway.

The whole fields upto this point is very poorly laid out with no signage or path.

This part however, someone has ploughed it, and I dont know if it was out of spite but ploughed this pathway and unwalkable without health and safety being concerned.

Really upset and furious.
