Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2888550.

This has been reported previously (2887936) and you've emailed back saying its been fixed - well it hasn't as this resident is STILL leaving two cones outside his property.in the road to 'save' a parking space yet he has a driveway he could either park on or in front of - sheer selfishness especially down a narrow little street with lots of dropped kerbs so doesn't leave much scope for other, tax paying residents, to get parked!
