Blocked drain adjacent to 20 Kyme Road

Completely blocked drain. Filled with soil. Causing localised flooding. Reported several times over the last few years. Was informed it would be cleared on the last cyclical clean at the end of Jan/beginning of Feb but it wasn't along with other drains along Kyme Road (reports 2888431 and 2888429). This blocked drain causes flooding outside 22 Kyme Road and property damage. Constant deluge of water against my garden wall has blown the bricks and caused the mortar to erode which will now need costly repair. How many more years of this situation do I have to endure?
