One light on the top of Hipper Lane

One light on the top of Hipper Lane, the pole is intact however the light top has been taken off with the top of the light in the road

  • Upon closer inspection, it looks like something has it the light, more like a lorry, and the pole is also leaning. Unsafe especially as the road is now being used due to part of the A17 being closed.
