Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2889264.

Not sure what is happening with the street lighting. They were the old sodium type lights on wooden poles, many of which lean. Recently there has been some replacement poles but they no longer have lights! From 114 to 170 there are no lights now and it is so dark you can’t see the path until cars go past. And that is as soon as it gets dark, not just after midnight. The lights were poor but better than nothing. Are new lights going to or installed soon?

  • Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.
