Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2889614.

Cadent are replacing old has pipes which we accept absolutely needs to be done. But the entire road is closed for 3 weeks making us use a diversion of about 10 miles each time we need to get into town. We were told by Cadent residents would be given access, this is not true. The work is only on one side of the road with zero work done over the weekend, why can't it be a contra flow system as was used in Grantham road recently?
