Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2889768.

Manhole cover is loose a ratting every time something goes over it . I reported this in mid February. It is annoying particularly at night when trying to sleep

  • We’re sending you this message to let you know that the original work to replace the manhole cover has been defected with our contractor. Whilst we are not taking immediate action the location and position of the cover means that it is under significant stresses from HGV's and we are looking at alternative construction methods to try and mitigate the issues experienced by residents and our contractor will reset the cover in due course. Thank you for reporting this matter.
