Problem at LCC roadworks problem

Darren Merry (07498733201) called up the police to say that Potholes were being filled near Marsh Lane, Louth and that there isn't advanced signage, and that the diversion was too long. He spoke to the workers and apparently they threatened him with a fine and wrote his vehicle details down. I asked the police if they advised him to go to fix my street and they said no. So I said if the roadworks are ours, a highways officer will be in touch about this incident. Looking on one.network we have a diversion near Marsh Lane, so I believe this incident is ours to investigate. - Please may a highways officer investigate this. Thank you.
