Damage to LCC culvert 29/88/54/CV

The headwall on the west side of the A16 is damaged. Some bricks are loose, others have fallen into the watercourse. Might have been hit by a vehicle.

The culvert under the road also looks blocked. Stagnant water, all the way up to the top of the culvert soffit. Could not see any flow.
