  • Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.

  • We are sorry, we are not taking immediate action on this enquiry. Whilst we recognise the footway has deteriorated, from an inspection, it does not require any intervention at this time. This would not be considered as hazardous for highway users. Please be assured the whole highway network is subject to routine safety inspections to prescribed dates and frequency in accordance with the County Council policy. Thank you for reporting this matter.
