Outside the house on grass verge/pavement/road

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2890234.

Massive rocks outside so if two vehicles coming along you can’t get over as will do serious damage to vehicles and if walking or biking along again you can’t get over as this is very dangerous as causing obstruction and danger
