Overgrown hedges

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2890448.

The overgrown hedges are making the path impossible to walk down without going on to grass, disabled residents have to go on to road to pass, which is highly dangerous on a bend. Hedges are so overgrown there is barely a foot of path left to walk on. This has been ongoing of a number of years.
