Leaving Manthorpe and heading to Sleaford, temp. Lights at end of Belton Lane

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2890704.

Lights on Manthorpe side were letting 2 cars through and caused a huge backlog into the village. It took 25 minutes to get from Manthorpe church to the other side of the roadworks.
