Public footpath between Manor Park and Station Road Legbourne

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2890706.
Footpath tarmac from Manor Park becomes gravel path with tree roots sticking up. However worst part is mature tree with large roots pushing up tarmac at chicane exit on to Station Road Footpath. It is an extreme hazard and impossible for prams or wheelchair access. If not Highways problem please forward to your Countryside Officer Mr Stockdale or his successor.
