Public Right of Way Haverholme to South Kyme

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2890715.

The public footpath from Haverholme to South Kyme has been fenced off at Ferry Farm. The personnel at the farm state that the footpath is dead ended and that no passage through the farm is allowed. Please can it be clarified why access is being denied.
