Between 77 and 79 Northfield road in the middle of the road

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2891676.

A council employee and drain inspection team attended, and found that the drain between two sections of manhole covers had completely collapsed. This was found after the road flooded! They said that they would return, dig the road and replace the collapsed section. But no one ever came. Please can you chase this up asap, as it is a huge flood and contamination risk?

  • Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.
