Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2891827.

The jet patching team were out on the lanes last week. They have filled the holes... and used their tar jet nozzle to draw a massive childish rude obscene picture on the middle of the road. It can only be them because it is drawn in jetted tar.
